Becky Urbany Irwin comes to Keller Williams Realty from a twenty-year career in the non-profit sector. Having served professionally as Executive Director, Development Director and Volunteer Coordinator for a number of non-profit organizations, as well as board member and volunteer for numerous others, Becky's passion for helping people shows immediately in her work with her customers. A licensed Broker Associate, she has the knowledge, experience and commitment to represent her sellers, buyers and commercial clients with professionalism and personal attention to each. Becky lives on Marco Island and is a member of the Marco Island Civic Association, the Marco Area Board of Realtors® and she serves on the board of directors of The League Club, a non-profit organization of women commited to promoting volunteerism and improving the community through the effective action of trained volunteers.
Originally from Greene County in southwestern Pennsylvania, Jim Urbany first moved with his family to Marco Island in 1981 to serve as Director of Catering and Convention Services at Marriott Marco Beach Resort. His career in the hotel, hospitality and catering industry spans more than four decades and includes working in world class hotels in Washington DC, Atlanta, Marco Island, Fort Lauderdale and Chicago, as well as owning successful catering businesses in Fort Lauderdale for more than fifteen years. After deciding to leave the industry, Jim saw real estate as a natural extension of his experience working with customers to provide the highest level of personalized service anywhere. Jim has owned a home on Marco Island for several years and, is a member of the Marco Island Civic Association, the Marco Area Board of Realtors®, and he thoroughly enjoys living the island life and helping his customers do the same.
